What are the popular OAuth2 Provider libraries in php?

The question arose of implementing the OAuth2 server in a php project, so I choose an adequate library for this.
As far as I understand, the php-pecl-oauth extension ( OAuthProvider ) implements the first version of the protocol, correct me if I'm wrong - then I'll take it.
There is also oauth2-server-php on GitHub - has anyone worked with it, how "adequate" is it?
Or maybe there are more "correct" libraries for implementing the OAuth2 server in php?

Researching the internets led to the decision to choose oauth2-server-php from bshaffer. The most intelligent decision.
