What are the PHP error logging services?
For example, there are different sites on different hostings with their own settings - it would be convenient to be able to centrally view the errors of all sites in one interface.

The cheapest option is to send error.log to a separate wheelbarrow by mail / ftp and view it in this form in any way you like.

Well, what's the problem?
option 1 - Write logs to the database. In some superadmin panel, you connect to these databases and read. On hosting, you configure that the database is accessible not only from localhost.
Option 2 - It's probably better to write to a file, then cron it through the log files and send it to the superadmin database via api.
option 3 - send logs as files via ftp.
