What are the payment systems loyal to the "gray" services?

I'm not sure it's okay to ask this question here, but since the google-ads of dating and binary options sites sometimes pop up, I'll ask it.
Are there any loyal payment systems / aggregators / acquirings in terms of subscriptions to various "gray" (namely, gray - without obvious violations) services? DVD video content, forex and other crap.
In other words, how to collect $ from such services besides billing?
