What are the options for withdrawing funds from the Play Market in Russia?

Actually, subject. What are the options and what are the pitfalls. Unfortunately, googling did not help - all the manuals are basically overdue a little more than completely. Interested in the registration process, linking the card and the subsequent withdrawal of funds: a) for showing ads inside the application, b) for paid applications
I read about the possibility of using a virtual card from Yandex to pay for a developer license. In this connection, the question also arises - is the card tied permanently or can other accounts be used for subsequent operations.
Thanks in advance for constructive and helpful replies!
PS In addition, I wonder how seriously our tax system monitors cash flows between the developer and the markets.

In Russiaonly through Adsense. You will receive the earned money to your AdSense account, and from there you can receive it through Rapida (either by mail in Russia by notification, or to a WebMoney wallet - now Rapida allows this). Just keep in mind that Rapida (and the Russian Post) notifies certain authorities of our country about transfers above 15,000 rubles, and Rapida has a monthly limit on the amount received (I don’t remember exactly, I’m afraid to lie, but something around 100,000 rubles a month or smaller). If you have more serious amounts, you should open an account in a foreign bank (Poland, Germany, etc. - look on the Google website to which countries you can withdraw from Google Play directly to the bank without AdSense, there is such a list) and receive money there ( and withdraw in Russia through an ATM). Of course, this method cannot be called “white”,
