Perhaps this will be the 1000th question about adaptive layout, but still. At the moment it is 2020 and I would like to know what methods of creating a mobile or cross-browser version exist. I would like some kind of resources with practice and not tedious theory. I heard about the existence of a bootstrap, but there is some kind of dislike for it, so I would like to learn either through media queries
