Isn't it a stylized twoitem listview?

Yes, in different ways, depending on what kind you need.
Why hardly with twoitem listview?
One textView for the login, another for the message and voila, during the filling you set a different background for the messages of the current user, and the rest is the default.
You can use your listview item.
