Hey!
St. Petersburg, I moved to a new apartment, and here only Rostelecom is on the Internet and the maximum speed is 10 Mbps.
I called a couple of providers, they answered "leave a request, we'll let you know when they connect your house", in general, the so-called "Home Internet" service is available only from one provider and at a low speed.
I did not appreciate the old 100 Mbps, but now I dream of at least a speed of 50 Mbps ...
There is Yota with 4G for 1400 rubles. and a speed of 15 Mbps., but are there any other options?

Is the house a new shtol? Judging by 10 Mbps, this is ADSL and the house, most likely, is old, I have a new one (it was commissioned two years ago) - and Rostelecom, and Beeline, and some kind of shtetl. RT at 200 Mbps, by the way.
