For the first time I'm doing layout for mob. applications and I can not find at least one normal article on the topic - all articles on how to make mobile sites.
What is the difference between layout for browsers and for applications?

It can be seen that the TC did not bother to try to do something.
There is no such thing as a "designer of mobile applications" in nature. It’s impossible to just make up, without logic, as it is on the web (in fact, it is possible, but I have exactly one such example, they took a person specifically to make layouts for android. It didn’t take root.).
All mobile systems are different, with their own paradigms and layout methods. You can do this in so many ways, depending on the technologies you use, that it's impossible to learn them all at the right level without becoming a full-fledged developer.
