There are only 4 programming paradigms , and they are all very old.
As for just new technologies... I will list what happened in the areas that I encountered.
Web: For C# programmers, ASP.NET WebForms, which is only suitable for web applications, has been replaced by ASP.NET MVC, which allows you to create websites. WebAPI has appeared. Owin appeared.
In SSO (single sign-on) solutions, WS-Federation has been replaced by openid-connect.
The Entity Framework Code First solution has appeared in the ORM area.
