Have you tried going to lectures at the institute? What you threw off without a contest is complete garbage. And what does vs mean in the title, who could write such a heresy, DNS against DHCP, bees against honey, yeah.

R- gateway. Install Freebsd
DNS and DHCP there, you can use it... But let's show off and install it on Windows! (Why not?) and let Windows be the domain controller.
We take this Windows into a separate VLAN ... say VLAN1
We divide the rest of the networks into VLANs too ... Let it be VLAN2, VLAN3, VLAN4 We put
on FreeBSD - DHCPrelay
On the AD controller in DHCP, prescribe scopes for each subnet.
in all subnets we put FreeBSD as the gateway
Yuzaem
And yes, I would put a firewall on the gateway
In general, you have a strange scheme, as they say - what you drew and chewed. Go ahead yourself
PS. Let me guess? Someone asked you a problem and asked you to explain how to sort it all out, right? Well, announce the conditions of the problem, and explain what these magic numbers are in square brackets: 50, 200 ...

This is apparently the maximum number of hosts from this subnet, on all DHCP Relay routers, 192.168.1.xxx/26, 192.168.0.xxx/24, 192.168.3.xxx/24. Routing such as Default/Static/IGP.
