What are the names of the elements for such a scroll?

Those. I want to place such blocks in the activity (a fixed number) so that they can be scrolled back and forth, but I don’t know what they are called. Somewhere I came across that these are three different fragments, just with a position minus something there or plus (to leave the form). Someone wrote it seems that this is done through some kind of fuflipper or something like that.
In general, I would like to see three elements at once (one completely, and two partially) and be able to scroll between them. Can you explain at least briefly how it is done or what it is operated on.
