What are the most used Raid arrays?

There are many of them, but Raid 2,3,4; Raid 1E and some others are not used. So what is the most preferable nowadays?

0 is used for caches.
1 for reliability if speed is not needed.
5 for large capacity and high linear read/write speed.
6 is more reliable than 5, slower (especially writes), requires 2 disks for redundancy.
10 high speed and IOPS, worse reliability than 6th, expensive.
