What are the main models of IT business organization in Russia?

Good afternoon.
Given the recent (and upcoming) events in the Crimea, the question arose about the main models of IT business organization in Russia.
The announcements for the search for employees of IT companies in Russia include "registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation or an agreement" and from the additional information found, it was believed that the main organizational model is an enterprise on the simplified tax system, everyone is registered as employees. The company pays 6% of income (well, or 15% of income-expense), allocates 20% to funds (14% with benefits for IT companies) and pays personal income tax of 13%.
Is this opinion correct or wrong? If it is wrong, what are the main models of IT business organization in Russia currently used?

Everything is exactly the same, except for registering everyone as employees :-) It is better not to choose income-expense, it is unprofitable and there will be checks of outgoing documents.
