What are the libraries for recognizing the index (ZIP-code) in the picture?

Greetings!
I needed to recognize the indexes on the photo of letters (drawn by hand lines, classic ), while the lines are drawn by hand, but according to the rules, no attempts to simply enter the number in the box. The task is old and simple, but somehow I didn’t find a ready-made solution (well, don’t drag the tesseract). Maybe what do you recommend?
