What are the libraries for licensing, and are there any?

I don’t know how to google (it doesn’t google with DRM) to find some kind of lib on GitHub (in C ++) to create licenses. It's interesting how it's done. In general, kick me in the right direction. Thanks =)

I would advise you to look at the open parts of VmProtect (there is a version in PHP and in C ++). They are related to licensing.
And also look somewhere for the structure of VmProtect's hardware ID.
You will hardly find closed parts related to the protection of licenses from hacking and the virtual machine itself, which gave the name to the VmProtect protection. And in general, copy protection cannot be open source.
