What are the hostings for python web applications with support for saving files?

hi, does anyone use moderately paid hosting for python web applications? Who in practice knows normal hostings? I need to upload images from browsers to the hosting and not all hostings support this. I use pythonanywhere.com, but there is some problem with it. and #‎heroku doesn't seem to be able to save files at all.
