The Internet of Things is a rather broad concept. In addition, there is no single standard of architecture, as such. Therefore, there are no common frameworks for IoT either. Maybe I'm wrong, please correct me. There are deployable cloud platforms such as MS Azure, AWS IoT, IBM Watson, Kaa, Xively, etc., there are many SDKs and libraries for Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.
