Can you please tell me what other educational programs like Dreamspark from Microsoft and GithubEducation from GitHub are?
We need programs that provide free software and services (or discounts on them).

Many proprietors have advertising campaigns to get more drug addicts on the needle.
Let's say NI conducts courses on LabView - NI is interested in selling their unnecessary product and a mountain of expensive hardware in pursuit.
Mathworks distributes Matlab to universities. Well, there is at least some sense from these: having learned how to work in matlab, a student can easily work in octave.
You can find many more examples of both completely ugly (and even harmful, like in small soft ones), and partly useful (like in the same mathworks) programs.
