What are the easiest Ubuntu 16.04 server monitoring systems with Windows 10 client?
There is an Ubuntu 16.04 (LEMP) server for the site. You just need to monitor the CPU and Memory load indicator in real time with a client on Windows 10. I.e. to simply install software on Ubuntu that will send server readings to the client on WIndows 10. Without any complex testing systems and other things, just, roughly speaking, a widget on Windows to monitor the readings.
Tell me, please, is there something similar, preferably the easiest to use :)

In real time?
Yes, no question - open any ssh client, connect to the server and run top / htop enjoy a bunch of non-static data, in fact useless.
Need monitoring?
There are more than enough different software nagios/cacti/zabbix etc. but putting it all on the server from which it is planned to collect data is not reasonable.
And if you want it like in Windows, put it on Windows. :)
munin or zabbix for example. We look at graphs in the browser.
