What are the differences between a request through curl and through a browser?

Good afternoon. I'm trying to get a picture via curl from a link , a 301 redirect to a dummy image is returned. At the same time, if you open the link through a browser, then there are no redirects. Why can this happen?

Apparently ip is in the bath, made through a proxy.
