What are the current differences between Unity3D under Windows and Linux systems?

I constantly switch from one axis to another, all the sadness is that under Ubuntu (Linux) not all the software I need is available, and I’m not always lucky with virtual machines, since some software detective is a virtual machine.
At the moment, all the software I need for robots is under Ubuntu, but I don’t know if any stones are waiting for me after the next move to Ubuntu.
Who tried to use Unity on Ubuntu - what are the differences from the version for windows?

I had one difference - under debian, I could not enter account data. Neither with clave, nor with an insert :)
