What are the current books for web development?

Hello dear community!
After a long 4 years of "programming" and web development, I realized that the methods I use are far from ideal.
In this connection, I decided to start everything from scratch.
Please help with the selection of relevant training materials, taking into account modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and so on.
I will be very grateful!

Books quickly become outdated, it is better to register on thematic sites, study the codes of open projects.

Luke Wroblewski Mobile First!
Not that the whole book is about technology, but about the current trend - for sure.

In general, the best book is documentation, but still.
Here is a small selection of what I have been advised and going to read:
PHP Objects, Patterns, and Practice
Design Patterns: Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software
Learning Python
Code Complete (Perfect code)
