Here, as the bourgeois say - it depends. It will depend on many things - on what kind of site, what kind of company, what kind of content on the site ... If a company sells soap, and you have bike parts on your site, it will most likely be indifferent. If soap - the next iteration depends - how rich she is, how rich you are, how much your site poses a threat to her business ... The domain can be taken away through the court, for example - if the company deems it necessary to fight for it.

The main points from which it is worth starting:
1. Is the name of a foreign company a registered trademark? International? Is there a registration of this TM in Russia?
2. What is the jurisdiction of your domain registrar?;
3. Do you carry out commercial activities in the same direction as the named company?
If, for example, you have an apple.us site and you sell phones, the site will be sued very quickly.
And if you are a scientific naturalist from Russia with the site apple.ru where you post photos of unbitten apples, then you will not get anything (but this is inaccurate in our realities))
PS Copyright has nothing to do with it.
