What are the consequences for reusing a theme with Themeforest?

Hello! Maybe the question is a bit stupid.
I purchase the Newspaper theme from Themeforest. And circumstances force us to use this design theme on two technically unrelated sites. Specifically, on prod and dev versions.
Does anyone have experience? Is it possible to install it on different sites? What are the consequences for such use?
