Interested in neural networks, AI, etc. I want to try myself in this area. But, unfortunately, I don't know where to start... Please advise some source, books for a novice programmer in this area.

Generally speaking - there is such a test. If a person asks a question, such as "what to read on artificial intelligence, programming, mathematics (choose to taste)......." and is not able to carry out such an elementary search, not only in Google, but even on this very forum, where there are three such questions per week, then it is clearly too early for him to deal with AI, neural networks, machine learning, etc. For he has nothing but enchanting laziness and infantile helplessness in his assets.
