What are the best sources to learn PHP?

Everyone can answer this question in a different way. Some will recommend books like Headfirst PHP & MySQL (which is outdated, however), others will recommend online resources. But what to choose?
How verbose is PHP.Net? Or maybe it's better to take the book "PHP 7 in the original" by Dmitry Koterov?

@Lepilov

Because this port is already occupied by someone.
Make sure there are no containers running on this port and no postgresql service running locally

PHP.Net - it's well laid out and with examples.
And only then, you can take books to read. But only later. You don't really have to stop at just one.
Do not look for 1 book that will tell you everything, read 10 books and form your own opinion.

To get started, you can read one of these books:
PHP and MySQL. Development of web applications.
PHP 7
and also take courses, for example:
Intensive - Professional PHP The
point is that a mentor who will teach will help you understand many subtleties that will be incomprehensible to a beginner and you will not have to meet with "gags" that are often encountered in self-study.
And then you will understand what you need. And of course more practice.
