What are the best free WordPress blog plugins?

I make my blog on WordPress. I 'm using the default Twenty Seventeen template . There are 5 test entries and 2 pages, feedback and a page with all surveys. Of the plugins, I have Classic Editor , Contact Form 7 , Cyr-To-Lat and WP-Polls .

What plugins ( preferably free ones) would you recommend for a blog?

Plugins for Core Web Vitals are optional. Perhaps you will have good performance anyway. And if not, then still deal with it individually.
