What are the best components when creating an API + CRUD admin on top?

Well, actually the task: Write an API and a CRUD admin panel for quick edits. What solutions do you recommend?
- Jms vs Fractal vs ...?
- Sonata vs EasyAdmin vs ...?
In the case of the Jms + Sonata + Fos stack, all the bumps are almost full, but only the lazy one will not say that this is slag. Are there any alternatives that will allow you to implement completely simple crud api and an admin panel next to it without any chiselling against the wall?
