What are the average salaries of JavaScript developers in Amsterdam?

Hello, tell me please.
I passed an interview for the position of a JavaScript developer in Amsterdam, I will talk about the RFP in a week. But the problem is that I have no idea how much is the average salary for JS middles and seniors in Amsterdam. If I'm not mistaken, and as the recruiter told me - taxes are 30-40%
People, tell me please:
- What are the average salaries in Amsterdam for middle and senior JS developers (dirty);
- And what is the minimum salary acceptable, so that it is worth leaving with your family (wife and child) for permanent residence. That is, for example, so that after paying taxes, renting a house, do not stay with 1000 euros in your pocket and not think about how to stretch this 1000 for a month until the next salary.
- Did anyone have problems with a work visa? Do they often get rejected? And is it possible to immediately apply again for a work visa after the refusal?
Thanks for your help and your time.

Working 3 years back to the Netherlands (PHP / JS), received 2870 euros, this is already with taxes deducted.
A work visa was issued calmly, because. there they helped us =)
You have to go to permanent residence with an excellent store of knowledge.
On the topic of cost. A kopeck piece will cost you about 400 - 700 euros, depending on how you pick it up.
Meals for one came out about 200 euros. I ate mainly meat and fish =)
Keep in mind that I had dinner exclusively in a neighboring house, in a pub.
But here it is worth saying that all this was paid for by the company that hired me.
Those who are familiar with the average level are mainly dumped in Vietnam, India, Thailand.

And throw taxes on top ~30-40% + 10% for easy data obsolescence
