What are the areas of programming where there is no graphics?

I recently started learning Qt, because. tired of console projects.
But after a week, I discovered that I absolutely do not like to sit and drag widgets ... Then hang handlers on them ... Because of this, such a question arose.
By graphics, I mean UI: all these buttons, fields, icons... I felt like a front-end worker... I.e. I understand that writing games, even 2D, is very exciting and interesting, but I don’t have a soul for this yet.
What are the areas in programming (C++) where you don't have to bother with design and you can solve really interesting problems?
