What are the analogues of snippets.me programs?

Good evening, I came across an interesting program snippets.me, roughly speaking the same emmet (only all the shots need to be registered by hand), but this is a steamy occupation. Pluses of the program: that it is global and works in all applications, and not only where the emmet plugin is installed. Cons, the last update was released in 2013, I did not find ready-made snippet settings. It became interesting, what are the analogues for both under mac and under win, or at least for win?
