What are telegram bots for programmers?

Good day.
The question is not about channels, but about bots. For example, I would like to write to the bot the name of the function (with typos so that it also understands), and in response it will give a list of arguments and a brief description of its action. Or to write a problem and he - answers from stackoverflow. And perhaps there are cooler and more sophisticated features that didn’t come to my mind.
Is there such a thing? So far I have only found a bot for bash quotes and password generation.
Thanks in advance.

How about stop writing code in notepad without prompts?
And the point is, you still need to get out of the code reactor and look for the right answer, so why not do it in Google?

Yes, yes, we need a bot with a cheat sheet "how to exit vim". And although, there is ya, wiki, etc. (stackoverflow too, 3 pcs.)
Or, I want a bot to view rap from github. However, there are many of them.
The main problem is that many of them do not go out of beta, and then they also stop responding to requests. This happened to FuckingGreatAdviceBot, but it was just right for programmers! =)
