What are sprints for?
I work part time.
Now we have introduced weekly sprints.
They put up a bunch of stuff.
If I did it quickly, tasks are added.
If not fulfilled - understand or condemn.
If completed on time - everyone is happy.
And they actually pay me - how many hours I worked.
What is the point of me tearing * if I still get the same amount in $?
What are they needed for?

you can load the maiden to the very tomatoes without any sprints.
but they are needed for planning the development / rolling out of new features and productivity analysis.
This is a relief for managers and a "thorn in the finger" for developers and ordinary rank and file. There is a rather interesting article about this .
So that you learn to assess the complexity of tasks, and for managers so that they understand how much you can do, as an option, do complex ones first, then simple ones, and if everything is simple for you, then I would not be in a hurry if I were you, for example, one task a day , depending on what goals you are pursuing, as I understand it, rest more and work less?)
