What are some tutorials for a beginner in Xcode 5.1?

Hello.
I've got a burning desire to learn programming, I want to get help from professionals.
I have Mac OS X and, consequently, Xcode, I am looking for up-to-date textbooks in Russian, textbooks from 0,
i.e. which describes the whole essence of OOP, Cocoa, the Objective-C language. If I start reading some information on Habré or somewhere else, I watch video tutorials, then I don’t understand what a Class, Object, i.e. base, can you tell me some introductory literature where the structure is described?
Please tell me, I hope you can help me!
