What are some good Modern Books on PL SQL?

Actually, subject. I would like some book that could serve as a good base. In order to read, relatively speaking, from cover to cover, to find out most of what is usually required, to acquire a good comprehensive idea of what's what, and then point-to-point googling what is missing.
There are some books at https://docs.oracle.com/pls/db102/portal.portal_db...
There are also different Urmans and others, but they all have one thing in common - they are ancient. From 2004, something a little newer.
Therefore, an additional question for practicing pl'ists: how much has everything changed to version 18? Wouldn't it be like playing DotA in 2020 according to guides from 2015?

It seems that there is fresh information in the official oracle doc , it is well structured and even written in human language, not clerical. Exactly what is needed.

Book by Feuerstein S., Pribyl B. - Oracle PLS.QL. For professionals - a really good book, it helped me easily to cope with the concept of PL SQL
