Are there any good text editors besides those mentioned in the topic that have the following functions:

• tab support
• syntax highlighting
• autocomplete
• possibility to integrate plugins
• quick start (here we flew past Brackets and Atom)

PSPad. SynWrite is also promising, but it slowed me down at startup, and syntax highlighting is more difficult to add there than in PSPad.
