What are some examples of fairly complex React apps?

I am taking courses in one IT company on JS + React and at the end I will need to submit my personal project (SPA on React). The teacher said that the more difficult the project, the more chances to get a job after the course. Could you give examples of some fairly complex React SPAs using various libraries like redux, react cookies, etc. I would like to do something really worthy, and so far only a cryptocurrency tracker is among the ideas, but it seems to me that this is too simple.
