What are some cool libs for uploading files to the meteor server?

Good time of the day! Please tell us about the libraries for uploading files to the meteor server. Now we use cfs:standard-packages, cfs:gridfsbut it seems that they are too monstrous. I would like something simpler. Limiting the ability to download by rights / size / format and the ability to get a direct link to the file (as well as the ability to determine what type of file - picture, video, etc.).
Maybe something ready and simple? Or is it better to write a wrapper? Or cfs is simple and we just didn’t make friends with it?

I have not seen other packages, but cfs is quite easy.
Perhaps in 1.3 there will be something else when using Npm
