I am writing a report on the topic "Social Engineering", and one of the chapters is devoted to fictitious "services" that use the social component to extract money / information from the victim.
One of the examples of such services was a couple of years ago, the same MMM only in a simple version, i.e. throw in 100 rubles, and in a day take 1000. Payment was made through qiwi, the site existed for a couple of weeks, advertising through VK groups.
I also saw a "service" that promised to top up your mobile operator's account for 100 rubles for free, but when you enter your number, the service says what it is - "For a Megafon operator, the minimum replenishment is from 300 rubles, top up your account first"
I would like descriptions from you, examples, any information...
