What are simple html frameworks for creating mobile applications?

I need to write a mobile application. Time is short, so I thought, since I have experience in html and js, maybe it would be faster to write it using some kind of framework? I also have experience in Java, but for android I wrote only hello world and similar applications. The application will look like a messenger.
