Hello. What are sessions, I still do not know the meaning. The more sessions the better? Or the less the better?

A session is a sequence of user interactions with a website over a specified period of time. Multiple page views, events, social interactions, and e-commerce transactions can occur within a single session.
The amount of time a user spends on a site or app. If the period of inactivity continues for more than 30 minutes, all subsequent activity will be attributed to a new session. If the interval between activities is less than 30 minutes, the session is not interrupted.
