What are sandbox games?

Good afternoon.
I am looking for a game (virt. world?), which will give conditionally unlimited opportunities for the player, a "life simulator". If I don’t find it, I’ll start writing my own)))
So that users have the opportunity to create user generated content, so to speak.
From the closest analogues: Second Life, as obvious. However, there is no goal in the game as such, even to "live life".
I would like to have controlled parameters (health, hunger, etc.), there is no need to earn money by getting a job (for example, to another player) and equipping a life, getting food. Life should also run online, regardless of the presence of an online player.
Of the benefits - the editor of new items.
Minecraft - yes, but no. The possibilities of creation are endless, but there are not so many goals and activities, and the number of things created is finite.
I see this option "with blackjack and number?"; "*mi": the crafting system is based on the relationship of the properties of objects and actions to these objects.
Those. object-oriented model, where a user-created object with properties "Property1", "Property2", etc. can act on other objects (including the character) and change properties and property values. After creating objects, they will somehow fit into the game and will be available under certain conditions (for example, have a price) or simply become available for crafting.
Players maintain their parameters (hunger, etc.) by applying actions to these objects ("Eat an apple"). All these properties and actions, of course, are not predetermined.
Phew, it turned out chaotically)
In short, cross MineCraft, Second Life, Sims, Terraria and others like them))) In short, the matrix.

Do not look for other games, know that yours will be better anyway. If you find a bullet game, then it seems to me that you will immediately come up with a new feature, and your game will be better. So do it :)

So far, there aren't any. But in general, it hurts too much like "robbing cows." Although I myself have been waiting for such a game for a year already ...

>> All these properties and actions, of course, are not predetermined
Where do they come from in order to apply them / find out the value?
How will the player add a user-generated property/action to the game?
How will he describe this property/action?
Should the player describe how all objects react to a user-generated action?
The issue you raised is user-generated vs pre-generated content, if I understand the emphasis of the question correctly. If all my conjectures are correct, then the answer is "EVE Online"...

Naturally, for example, when a programmer creates a "road" object, as I said, it will not automatically appear in the game. "road" will have a cost, possibly crafting ingredients. And in fact, it will be a conditional rectangle (roadbed) in the world with certain properties (for example, increase the speed of the car +2).
Thus, we can say that all the elements that appear during the game are of the development type, and their appearance in the game will depend on ... a lot of things.
Yes, at the initial stage of the game, when there are few objects and someone creates a synchrophasotron that gives +100500 to satiety and will cost 2 credits, then it is necessary to pre-moderate and check the logic of each object, you can’t do without it.
Well, in the end, the game will be a system with a bunch of thousands of parameters (health, happiness level, etc.) multiplied by thousands of objects (people, etc.) and these parameters in the system will change, change, and you will sit like that from the side and watch)) )))))))))))))))))))
Well, how in the matrix you look at the code, "oppa, look, a beautiful girl has gone"
