What are Paid OpenVPN Services?

Who used paid OpenVPN services like vpngate.net, privateinternetaccess.com? What do they give for $6 a month? Is there a dedicated IP? The provider does not provide a dedicated IP and, therefore, there was a need for such a service. Is there an extra charge for dedicated IP and traffic there? I would like some review of such services.

Buy yourself a VPS for $1 - $5 and set up a personal VPN server, then there will be static and it won't go anywhere as long as you pay...

I used FrootVPN, the rest of the descriptions do not differ much. IP is white, but not dedicated. IPv6 - no, although the annotation says that there is support for some connections (it really was, but by now it has been cut out). All incoming traffic is cut, so the white address is useless. For $5/month you get a package for 5 different connections, quite stable, reconnect usually about once every 4-7 days. There are servers in about 30 countries, including Russia. To bypass state blocking, work with ball public open WiFi and other trolling - it will do, for something serious - it is unlikely. It is better to buy your own VPS: the money is about the same, but there are incomparably more opportunities. True, admin skills are needed - you will have to configure the virtual machine yourself.

Dedicated IP, public VPN providers almost never give. They have an IP pool, and they randomly issue them to clients.
You need to either make your own VPN, or buy a personal proxy, for example, and use it as an output IP address.
