It is not entirely clear - how does "cloud video surveillance" and "it is on their servers" correlate? Explain plz. If you have "your servers" in the form of "iron hosting" - then put everything you want on them from the Intellect, GOAL, Trassir, etc. areas. and connect to them with remote clients... And if "your servers" are your own servers - set the same thing, provide (if necessary) remote access and that's it .... It's not clear only in this case - what does the cloud have to do with it?
PS - on virtual "own servers" I would not advise raising this thing - well, real-time applications (video, sound, telephony) do not like virtualization ... More precisely - maybe they love it, but "grafting love" is very laborious.
