What are "key resources", "key activities" in the examples? What is the difference?
In the canvas of the business model, I met the following concepts:
1) Key resources.
2) Key activities.
But I did not find specific answers: what are the selection criteria, how do these 2 activities differ from each other?
Let me explain as far as I understand, using the example of a coffee shop:
Key resources: coffee machine, beans, premises
Key activities: coffee preparation (barista work)
In fact: everything is materially "resources", all services provided for business are "activities"?

The key ones are those on which the business model is built. So there are a million different activities, but if you just brew coffee, then 1c service does not affect the need to prepare and sell coffee
