What are good economic strategies now?

Guys, I have a question for you. Recently, there is a desire to play a good offline economic strategy, CityBuilder, but there are special "requirements" for it.
This screen caused a special attack of nostalgia:
habr.habrastorage.org/post_images/ba5/4d0/fcc/ba54...
I want something like a mixture of Lords 2, Stronghold, Age of Empires and Pharaon. Recently played the last and third Caesar, several versions of Anno, Tropico, OpenTTD, Civilization, Black And White, Sim City, Dwarf Fortress and a bunch of casual games for tablets.
My desires are rather gloomy. In Lords and the Age of Empires, I clearly lack the economic component, and while in Caesar and Sim City, the emphasis is more on planning (which I played enough of them) than construction - it's more likely not about building a city, but about managing the built . Anno looked bored.
I want to send builders like a lamp to lay down roads, build buildings one at a time, develop a settlement, sometimes fighting off attackers, build walls around it, and so on. In short, I want a powerful economic strategy, but without an emphasis on planning as in Pharaoh or Sim City.
Tropico 2: Pirate Cave was probably the closest to the requirements, but it "passed through" rather quickly (in one evening), and the third replay was reduced to a routine.
There are no special requirements for graphics and release year - I am a fan of pixel art and have a positive attitude towards 3D.
I would like something closer to fantasy or the Middle Ages, but suitable space or ancient strategies are also suitable.
Please, throw in options for strategies (even if they do not exactly fall into the question), if possible with a description from yourself (how she hooked you).

The Guild 2 is not exactly a city builder, more like a family builder, but also a very interesting economic (though rather political) strategy, I highly recommend trying it. It is possible and even necessary to build cities, but there are not so many people in submission.
Stardrive - the essence of the same city builder, only on the scale of empires (you need to play with friends, with bots so-so). Although it looks more like a tsivka. Well, there are a lot of similar things in Steam now.
Gnomoria and Craft the World, and in general a whole bunch of Dwarf-Fortress-like games, are similar to Settlers (by the way, I also advise you to try it, my personal preference is part 3, the rest are more childish, although the last parts are also good). I advise you to try Craft the world, it seems that this is what you are looking for.
Reus and Godus - They are closest to Black & White. Probably best fits the description.
In general, offline strategies of this type are not popular and are generally not developed, but go online, where there is more money.
Spacebase DF-9 - I remembered another one. At the time of writing the comment in the incentive, the discount is also valid. Building a space city.
Folks Tale - something similar to Dungeon Keeper, from the creators of Bards Tale
PS and so, purely for general development - look towards Grand strategy from Paradox, for example Hearts of Iron or Victoria. These are already serious games, so you won’t be able to relax too much. But extremely exciting.
ZYY www.ag.ru/games/filter/g10/p1/s3 purely everything in a crowd that can be pulled as "economic strategies"
ZYYY uh0s, I just can’t pronounce everything. There are also various tycoons. Personally, I love Railroad Tycoon, you can't see enough of trains, even though openTTD unites them in general.

From my preferences: Anno 1404, Anno 2070, settlers (any series to choose from, early versions are especially good)
