I work in a small office, we mostly use Photoshop and sometimes an illustrator, but lately we have been sending more layouts in Figma. So I agree with the commentator above - it is useful to know both.
Personally, I use Figma - for me personally, it is faster and easier than Photoshop, but for complex tasks I also go to Adobe products. I can't help but agree with the comments above.
