What are favicon generators?

There is a site www.favicon-generator.org - allows you to generate favicons for different devices and layout for their connection. But it has one drawback - I feed it a transparent PNG, but I get all the icons with a white background.
Are there similar services, but without this drawback?

realfavicongenerator.net didn't seem to have any problems with transparency
