What are dinosaurs in heroku?

I want to upload a Django blog to a server and decided to try heroku's free solution, but I don't really understand their dyno clock system, every month I get 500-1000 dyno hours and what does that mean? I realized that the site can go to sleep if it does not receive a request for half an hour (and I cleverly think about how to create a second account on heroku and make requests back and forth), but how many hours per month will my site live? There are approximately 730 man hours in a month, how much is that in dinosaurs?

One project every hour consumes one hour from the pool of free hours. If you have 1000 free hours, then one project can work non-stop for the whole month. If you don't let him sleep.
Seriously think that the developers take into account requests from another free din?
