What are Denwer analogues for Android?

There was a need to be able to develop sites from your phone.
I found an editor for the code, but browsers themselves do not know how to execute PHP, a local server is needed. On PC I used Denwer. Is there an analogue for android (free, does not require an Internet connection)? So that you can create a folder on the memory card, say site.local, save files with code in it. Then in the browser go to site.local and these files will open for you?
